A little message from Sean…

I am not your typical bean counter. After becoming a CA, I was sent to the Investment banking industry for 5 years and managed to escape undetected. I then spent 4 years as the Head of Finance within a Residential Investment property group. In March 2017, I joined Cube Workspace as Financial Manager and have recently been appointed on the board of directors. Apart from enjoying long walks on the beach, my interests also include cycling, surfing and making beer.

Sean’s thoughts around Serviced Office Space:

Sharing is caring… The densification of society worldwide has led to the popularity of shared spaces and services.

These include shared living e.g. AirBnB, shared transportation e.g. Uber/Taxify, shared public spaces and of course shared serviced office spaces such as Cube Workspace, with the benefits of: Community/business interactions, Cafes, Lounges, Meeting rooms, Reception, Printing and courier services, ready to go furnished offices and other services (i.e. cleaning and maintenance).

Competition in the sector is high and many developers/construction companies are adding to their value chain by attempting to bolt on this service. Above all, customer loyalty needs to be top priority.

A message from Paul Ziegenhardt, Business Development Manager…

After spending time chatting and catching up with Cube Clients last year and at the beginning of this year, it was noted that not all clients are aware that Cube Workspace operates from 7 Workspaces nationally, 3 in Cape Town (CBD/Waterfront/Rondebosch) and 4 in Johannesburg (Kyalami/Bryanston/Morningside/Fourways).

All co-space and office-based clients have access to all the Workspaces nationwide. So, when you next plan a trip to Johannesburg or Cape Town and need a place to work from for a day or two, please get in touch with your Centre Manager to arrange this. Clients can also make use of other Workspaces’ meeting rooms and boardrooms, free hours or the usual rates apply.

We encourage you to make the most out of what Cube Workspace has to offer and we look forward to being of service, where ever it may be!
