We are excited by the lowering of restrictions to level 3. While our workspace have been open during these unprecedented times… with the addition of several safety tweaks. We can’t wait to see all of our Cubers (valued tenants aka our family) in due course.
Please take note of the below:
First thing’s first. When visiting our premium office space, please ensure that you wear a face mask at all times. We encourage all Cubers to keep their face masks on when in any of our premises. All staff members are supplied with PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), ensuring both your and their protection. Sanitising Stations have been conveniently placed throughout our beautiful workspaces for your use. All persons who visit any of our office buildings will have their temperatures taken upon entering and departing the building. All Cube WS premises have implemented a visitor/contractor roll call, whereby any and all persons entering our workspaces have been pre-vetted, so that we’re able to hold their records for tracking and tracing purposes.
Cube WS have also introduced a number of safety measures that are in line with the World Health Organisation (WHO) which are listed here.
From a hygiene point of view, we have enlisted a specialized company who have already provided all Cube WS offices with the required cleaning materials and processes, to disinfect the workspaces on a regular basis. Our in-house cleaning teams will ensure that the high-use areas, such as reception areas and meeting rooms, are given the necessary attention.
When you visit our workspaces, you may notice that we have been dabbling in “Feng Shui”, by removing excess furniture from common areas, co-working spaces and boardrooms to embrace social distancing. We’re doing our royal best to assist our valued Cubers with extra space wherever possible, to encourage social distancing as much as possible.
We have suspended all external boardroom bookings at our workspaces, to further ensure our clients remain safe and protected.
We’re sure you are looking forward to your Cube Café cappuccino and meals upon your return, but we have decided to rather keep our Cafés closed until further notice. We believe this to be of a higher risk of spreading the virus, due to the additional staff needed, as well as given the nature of interactions that come with a Café.
On a lighter note, our beverage stations remain fully-stocked with tea and coffee for your convenience. This too is an area that we regard as a high-use area, so it will be given the necessary attention to keep it clean and sterilised at all times, along with the provided sanitising stations throughout the workspace.
We are committed to ensuring that we do our part to prevent the further spread of the virus, while ensuring that we are able to get back to some level of “normality”. We encourage all Cubers to please stay mindful of keeping your own work area as clean as you possibly can, to further assist us in reducing the spread.
We will continue to keep you up to date with new procedures and protocols that are constantly being developed and implemented, to ensure the safety of our fellow Cube family.
