We’re really grateful that our clients and friends spread the word about Cube Workspace on a daily basis. It’s hands down, the most powerful way we’ve been able to grow. So this got us thinking… we should reward you for sending us business.
It’s simple. Refer new clients to Cube Workspace and if successful, you will receive a credit equal to the base rental amount of the person you referred!
We love it when our clients refer their friends, but anyone's welcome to submit a referral, whether or not you're already part of the Cube Workspace community.
The incentive excludes Cube Workspace employees and brokers.

In order to submit a referral we need your referral's full name, email address, and phone number. Additional information will help us speed up the process (e.g. company name, number of desks, workspace of interest, etc).
This information is required so we can properly attribute your referral and ensure you get paid.

You will receive a credit equal to the base rental amount of the person you referred.
Referral incentives will be credited within 30 days and on condition that the required deposit as well as the 1st month’s base rental has been collected from the new client.
You'll get an email once as your referral joins.

Cube Workspace Referral Incentive Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the Cube Workspace Referral Incentive, The incentive is run by us; Cube Workspace.
The Participants referred to below are you (a Referrer), and the person/company you’ve referred (a Referral). To be eligible for a reward, you, as participants must agree to be bound by the rules described below.
- To become a Cube Workspace Referrer for the Referral Incentive, you must register for the Referral Incentive via the Cube Workspace website.
- Online registration as a Referrer indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions.
- All referrals must be registered online via the Cube Workspace Referral Incentive on the Cube Workspace website.
- Only online registered Referrals will be considered. Emails and verbal referrals do not qualify.
- Employees of Cube Workspace and their immediate families are not eligible for the Referral Incentive.
- Brokers are not eligible for the Referral Incentive but are eligible for the Broker Programme.
- Referring a previous Cube Workspace client is not an eligible referral for the Referral Incentive.
- The Referral will only be accepted for new clients to Cube Workspace and if the enquiry has not previously been entered into any Cube Workspace system.
- Referrals cannot be made retrospectively.
- In the event of multiple referrers referring the same contact/company, only the first referral Cube Workspace receives will be eligible.
- Cube Workspace will reward the Referrer a credit equal to the base rental amount of the person they referred should the referral be successful. Credit of the referral incentive will be made within 30 days and on condition that the required deposit as well as the 1st month’s base rental has been collected from the new client.
- The Referral Incentive cannot be combined with any other Cube Workspace promotions.
- Neither the Referral Incentive programme nor the incentive offered creates, constitutes or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by referrers against Cube Workspace.
- Cube Workspace reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Referral Incentive at any time.
- For signed leases of 12 months or more, the Referrer will receive a full credit equal to the base rental amount of the referred person. For signed leases between 6 months and 12 months, the Referrer will receive a pro-rated credit amount of the referred person’s base rental.
