Self-love can be an action that many of us struggle to give ourselves. There is so much pressure out in society now that if you don’t look a certain way, earn a certain amount of be doing your dream job by the age of 25, you have failed.
All these thoughts and external influences that are projected on to us, we often find ourselves pondering about our lives and purposes. When you start to care about your health, fitness, and what you consume, you will start to notice a change in the way you see yourself. It is so easy to lose sight of our own well-being when we are under pressure, trying to please everyone all at once and that we start to run on autopilot and lose sight of ourselves and what is important to ourselves.

Be kind to yourself, your body and your mind. Time goes by so quickly and we are constantly trying to keep up with what we think is expected of us that we tend to lose sight of why we are doing it.
